Rupert Murdoch has been strongly criticised after tweeting that “most Muslims” – even if peaceful – must be held responsible for the religion’s “growing jihadist cancer” in the wake of the terror attacks in France.

The News Corp boss added his influential voice to the global discussion on terror that has convulsed social media since gunmen slaughtered 12 people at the offices of the satirical magazine Charlie Hebdo in Paris on Wednesday.

Maybe most Moslems peaceful, but until they recognize and destroy their growing jihadist cancer they must be held responsible.

valid point imo

A few cartoons get printed and there is uproar, marches, flag waving and the rest of it.

Mad gunmen on a rampage waving their religion about and not a peep.

I saw a video earlier on a news channel about abu Hamza, he used to get huge audiences in London even kids there. Im sure he didn't preach about peace and harmony. Yet his audiences would claim to be moderate muslims if you ask them. What they say to eachother im not so sure.

These home grown terrorists are being bred and developed somewhere. The muslim community cannot wash their hands and say nothing to do with us gov, we had no idea what they where upto.

That's like blaming all football fans for hooliganism. The man is a c*nt. Bet he daren't publish any cartoons of Mohammed.

its not at all Mikael.

These people have families/friends/people who go the mosk with them. Are you telling me none of them have any idea?

And as for football hooliganism your harping back to the 80's. They had fist fights, these extremists are blowing up shooting and killing thousands around the world. Big difference.

Religion should be outlawed in this day & age. All religious building burned to the ground. THat would sort things out pretty quick!

There may be a difference in the degree of violence involved but the principle of what I said is spot on. He's blaming the actions of the few on 1.6 billion people. He's a c*nt.

By Crusade I mean, populate a country, establish the religion, cry foul when it is criticise as a minority and create a majoriy.

Hitler was more subtle by hus methods and achieved his aims.

he isn't blaming all for the extreme acts of terrorism, he is actually saying the Muslim community need to be much more pro active in stopping these atrocities and flushing out these people.

And as long as the Muslim community continue to say its nothing to do with me then the whole Muslim community must bear part of the responsibility due to their inactivity in preventing these crimes. Surely these communities know a lot more, as I say friends/families, those who attend the same mosk etc.

Regarding the abu Hamza, there was a bigger demonstration against his deportation than the Muslim community  ever has about against terrorism.

blair and bush went on to war with the blessing of god !!! They were pathetic and dangerous.

On the muslim community sitting on their hands - so have most of the media.  Muslims also write for one of the worst - the guardian so you are hardly going to get balance from them .  Check out the guy ramadan who wrote the other day and what he said about the muslim takeover of the UK
Or the Labour mp  Malik.

Why Hamza wasn't jailed in this country for preaching hatred and inciting violence is a mystery however the yanks sorted him out.
Lost his appeal so he'll die in jail.

We saw a muslim burning poppies and what happened. Fined £50.
They verbally attacked our dead being returned home and what happened. Nowt.
Man impaled a pigs head on a railing outside a mosque and what happened? Jailed.
And so it goes on.
Tough on protecting their values but let them walk all over ours.

Prime example of stupidity and double standards is the British Burkha Corporation. Dave Allen, Life Of Brian, Christ In A Nappy et al? No problem we'll have em all. They're big enough to take it. We're a secular society etc etc. At the same time they send round a secret circular which tells people not to mention the Prophet Mohammed.

Given that any sort of criticism of the idealogy and its followers by non-Muslims is seen as racist or ideologist or whatever, and shouted down by the Guardianistas and their allies, then there doesn't seem to be much alternative than for the moderates to start getting vociferous about the fanatics in their midst.

And Akabula, maybe we could have a mass protest with placards stating "Down With This Sort of Thing" instead of "Je suis Charlie"!

Sunday mirror Page 4 - there are more of them spewing out their bile and justifying the killings of the 17 in Paris.  Nothing will change. No one has the guts. The demographic will rule ultimately.  We already have sharia courts in this country.  Convert or die.  Expect the debate to be clamped down on.  Expect politicos and the media to avoid the two big M words.

they will just bide their time - the demographic will have it
read what Mr Ramadan said on the matter in 2008  - he writes for the guardian - he says follow their laws until we have influence then tear the paper up that their laws are written on .   And he fkn writes for the guardain as do one or two other muslims and you wonder why you get this 'don't blame the muslims' propaganda.  Meanwhile extremists are still allowed to broadcast their defence of all the killings right now as was reported in the sunday mirror page 4.  Check out Salim Malik Labour Mp on the matter (not sure if he is now) but he was boasting about the number of mps they were going to get.  All it requires is a decent percentage in the inner cities to get a lot of muslim MPs   - Do you see how it works.  Slowly slowly catchee monkey.

I think there's way too much generalisation about 'Muslims' and what they believe and how the Koran tells them to do this that and the other.

You can interpret the Bible in all manner of dopey ways. Peter Sutcliffe thought it told him to 'go kill t' prositutes'. Way to go Pete! Same with the Koran.

Who is providing MI 5 / 6 with all the Human Intelligence from within the Muslim Community?

you can interpret the bible but you can only do what the koran says.
Hope you get the difference.  Don't lose your head over this rog, but you might in quite a few middle eastern countries.
