no,  did you hear the one about the private company pulling out of their contract to run a nhs hospital,their figures dont add up anymore,obviously private been best whenthings dont work out up stumps and jog on,fcuk your patients and employees

No-one's allowed to mention the population explosion when discussing the problems of the NHS. Or the astonishing birth rate they've brought with them.

government put it down to people living longer ,in truth its about culture some people put up with illness ie the flu , and some don't
