Putting this back to the top in case anyone else wishes to contribute. Half way there now and definitely could have done with a drink during the replay against Everton the other night!  Shocked

Thank you to everyone who has generously sponsored me so far, and please remember that all contributions are welcome, regardless of the amount  Happy

Even if you raised a galzillion pounds for cancer research, it wouldn't cure it overnight...

Its like the common cold too many variants of this evil disease.  It would take a minimum of say 50 to 100 years, until the technology is so advanced that you could develop 'nano bots' to identify and kill cancer cells before they start spreading.

Best to raise the dough for cancer care imo.

At last, made it  Grin

A big thank you to everybody on here who sponsored me for this - I have PM'd most of you, apart from Money Tree, who's correct forum name I can't seem to find on the system... along with my "real life" appeal, the total raised was £396, so it was well worth it - and I've saved a fair few quid on drink into the bargain!

Thanks again peeps  Love

PS If anyone wants to top the fund up, the page will stay open until 14 Feb  Wink
