White Cider and "cigs"

Kids (12-14 ish) outside the shop waving a £20 note.

"Can you get us some cigs and white cider"?

From where do they get £20  notes?

Obviously told them that I wouldn't, but had a look at the "White Cider", and surprised to see that they have 3 litre bottles at £4.09 which are  7.5 abv.

Don't know how much ciggies are today, but it looked like a ridiculous £7.00 from what I could make out.

So these kids would have handed over a £20 to get what they wanted!
