I disagree with the previous 2 posters.

Something was badly awry, he came across very poorly.

I dont know why but i was embarressed for him, he did come across badly and i think he had one to many.

He was a bit nervous (leaning forward, instead of sitting back), didn't think he was drunk though?

He should shave his beard off......You are not Captain Haddock !

I didn't know cyclist's pissed on there legs to keep warm.

Had Anna Kendrick, Liam Neeson and Eddie Redmayne on(came across as a good guy) , the latter sitting on his right leg through-out (shoe on the sofa, ffs)

I think he had 1 or 2 looseners beforehand.
Wont hear a bad word said against him .
Travelled down to wales to watch him win British Time Trail Championships earlier in year.
P!ssing it down with rain 9:00 at night back in the pits quick change before being called back to car to take him to victory rostrum asked him for a couple of autographs and he had a brief chat asking where I was from /how far travelled and was quite taken aback i was on a 300 mile round trip just to watch him despite being called again from the car.
Hes uncomfortable in front of cameras hence probably a few jars in the green room.

It would seem that having a few, shots before the off, is common place on most shows with guests.

Reason I know is that my son appeared on one such show and saw, and participated, first hand!

Wiggins is a Wigan RL supporter. Nuff said!

Honestly, I despair at the honours system at the best of times, but to give a knighthood for someone that rides a bicycle is beyond ridiculous, he said it made him feel uncomfortable but then why accept it? The Cycling craze is the worst thing that has happened in this country this century. It's given publicity to highly unlikeable prickly chaaracters like Mark Cavandish and the self absorbed Pendalton, though I will make an exception for Laura Trott
