With the arrival of December, I've been listening to Classic FM non-stop; I've always enjoyed their Christmas coverage.
Personal favourites include: O Holy Night, Little Drummer Boy, Carol of the Bells, In the Bleak Midwinter, Coventry Carol.
But, there's dozens that I'm found of. What's yours?

God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen, because Grouty likes it in that Porridge all-time-great Christmas Special. And I recall Winker Watson and the lads singing it as part of some crafty scheme in the Dandy back in the 1960s.
I Saw Three Ships is also good, because you can bash out an acceptable version with just three chords: G D G D I saw three ships come sailing in, G D on Christmas day, on Christmas day G D G D I saw three ships come sailing in, G Em D G on Christmas day in the morning. |
