Has Cosby actually been charged with anything or is it just allegations?

Just allegations I think, happened too long ago a lot of it for him to be charged.  1.01 he is guilty imo.

The passage of time is irrelevant. If evidence can be proved, prosecution will follow. War criminals have bee identified and punished 50 years after the event.

That's not the case in California or Pennsylvania, the other states cited in accusations against Cosby. In those jurisdictions, the statute of limitations is 10 years.

Is there any evidence?

Well, the allegations themselves are evidence. Similar allegations can be taken as corroborating each other, at least to an extent.

Seriously Dotchinite, what do you think the chances are that this is all made up?  I would say the odds that he drugged and raped at least 1 woman, but probably many, is 1.01.

I think there is no chance its all made up and no chance that every accusation is true.

Poor old Bill. If only he'd lived in Rotherham/Rochdale/Oxford/Bristol/Insert Your Own Hometown Here, he would surely have been spared such ungentlemanly treatment. The alleged victims would have been arrested by the Police by now, the local authorities would have done their damnedest to turn a blind eye to the events to protect the Pretendy Community Cohesion, and the UK's liberal media elite would have conspired to cover it all up.
