I've just caught up on this story and The Sentinel is now reporting 'Mystery Solved! Source of strange lights found to be Wolstanton Marks and Spencer" Which has led to one Facebook comment: "They're not just aliens.............they're M&S aliens !!" The stories off that link have made me smile too, like: 'Bucknall thief jailed for handling stolen vehicles - after leaving hat with his name in it on the seat'. "The 29-year-old was caught after police found a builder’s hat with his name on left in one of the vehicles. While on bail, he was caught stealing a horsebox from a field by officers who were lying in wait after the owners reported a number of thefts. And while he was on bail for that second offence, Clarke, of Whitehouse Road, Bucknall, was pulled over by police while he was banned from the roads." 'Bucknall charity worker who'd smoked cannabis panicked and led police on 70mph chase - after they flashed him over faulty taillight' "Daniel Hammond – a volunteer driver who regularly takes pensioners to Sneyd Green Community Hall – reached speeds of 70mph in 30mph zones, drove on the wrong side of the road and jumped traffic lights during the pursuit. I was led to the Sentinel site yesterday, and saw cctv film of a robbery in a shopping centre of some sort (Beaver something)

Yeah it is a **** jewelers I think. I did like how the bloke just casually filmed. Something today about it being linked to a robbery in middlesbrough. I think there may me a flaw in their planning.
