Can't eat or drink anything but water and I'm already struggling!

Wish I was a good sleeper as I would have tried to doze away till 12:00.

Do you have a scanner at home? Just pop whatever it is that's itching into it and post the picture up here, Slicer will waive his usual fee for a consultation.

There's a queue for NHS scans.
When did you get notification of your appointment - last February?

Thanks.
Had a bowl of porridge just before seven, and thought that would suffice till afterwards.

Bloody starving now and filling up with water Couldn't be doing with all that "Ramadan" palaver!

Having to go back to the hospital after that, as I cut a piece off a toe when trimming my nails last Friday.

Couldn't stop the blood, and no way could I bandage it, so finished up with putting a freezer bag on it and then into a sandal.

They said to keep it dry for five days, so I didn't even take off my sock till this morning, and the bandage is black and still bleeding.

Will post a gruesome photo later, if it doesn't get censored.

Crikey AP what was you using a chainsaw?

The thing is Dr that I don't feel things as my toes are dead!

I don't know till I bleed.
As it happens it was just some curved nail scissors, that I thought were blunt, having struggled to do my big toe.

Clearly they aren't blunt so have to be extra careful next time.

Aunty, you do seem terribly accident prone.

Good luck with your scan Happy

Thanks for well wishes.....Love

Re dropping off kenny, you may have seen that I managed that twice in six weeks.

Re the scan, it was really quite sensuous when she (very attractive and young girl with a soft Geordie accent rubbed gel all over me.

I had to appologise for what happened, but she said not to be embarrassed as she would be more concerned if it didn't!

Is the grouting grey by design or age?
By:
Aunty Post
When: 06 Nov 14 13:43
Ridiculous Ken! I always preempt what the cynical replies will be and I'm right every time.

The grouting is grey by choice as it's in the utility room, and it would end up grey whatever.

Similarly the colour of my blood really is that colour but I had no choice in that one!

What car did you drive to the appointment in though?
By:
Aunty Post
When: 06 Nov 14 14:21
Do you mean "In what car...."?

No contest really as I went in my "Type R GT" as it has red carpets! Grin

Actually, the real reason was that the only shoes I could get on comfortably were some sandals, which are quite wide,
and I have found they are  not ideal in the TT, as the brake and accelerator are too close together!

Always have been too "self-effacing" Ivor, and perhaps that is my greatest weakness, and certainly the case when I was younger!
