The police could easily narrow it down for their investigations and save manhours. Just check ip addresses in Rotherham,Rochdale and Oxford ?

With those numbers, it is clear they need to prioritise. After Rotherham, it should be clear that catching people actively procuring or raping children ought to be top of the list. What was it, 140 children a year? And probably the same in many other towns across the country.

I would agree with that as long as the envelope stated Paedophile Warning Notice Enclosed.

No society is at last not ignoring it and we are seeing how prolific it really is,trouble is this country is rotten to the core and full of them at the very top covering each others arses.Leon,kitty etc absolute filth..

All the people I know are not paedophiles

they are perfectly normal people

is being extended to cover all men...just my opinion
