apparently "moderate" viewers of child porn will go unpunished because there is just too many people viewing this stuff, so the police are only going after the worst offenders....

The police could easily narrow it down for their investigations and save manhours. Just check ip addresses in Rotherham,Rochdale and Oxford ?

With those numbers, it is clear they need to prioritise. After Rotherham, it should be clear that catching people actively procuring or raping children ought to be top of the list. What was it, 140 children a year? And probably the same in many other towns across the country.

All the people I know are not paedophiles
they are perfectly normal people What is happening is the definition of a paedophile is being extended to cover all men...just my opinion although we always get a few, a bit like gays, there are always some who prefer deviant sex |
