I'm not a Conservative, have never voted Conservative in my life & have disagreed strongly with a lot of the current government's policies (particularly with regards to individual privacy, not tackling the UK national debt and net-neutrality). My own political philosophy is that of Classic Liberalism.
They have made some reasonable in-roads into cutting the deficit, reducing the public sector and bureaucracy and bolstering private sector employment - all of which are good things.
Whilst I wouldn't rate its performance particularly highly (say 4 or 5/10), I think that compares to favourably to the last few governments we've had under Brown (1/10), Blair (1/10) & John Major (3/10). With hindsight, Thatcher probably deserves a 7/10 for her government's performance.
How would you rate the current UK government in comparison with the last few?

I am a Conservative, and this Government disgusts me. The stigmatisation and defenestration of the poor and sick shames us all, regardless of anything else they claim to have achieved.
I'm not a voter, they are all 'Cambridge punts', and have been since whoever was PM when I was 18, which was 1969.
