Nurses want 1 percent pay rise? greedy b's. The excuse is that the NHS will be in the red by 20 billion in 2020. Well they are going to spend a hundred billion on nuclear sub upgrades.
Let's wait and get the next upgrade in twenty years time and invest in a few tins of wd40 for the subs this time around. Or just say we got the upgrade... nobody will really know. The subs we have still fire the missiles? Am i wrong in thinking they can fire these things off from mobile launchers on trucks?
stop dealing in death and invest in life? or is that crazy.

How can somebody asking for a 1% pay rise be classed as greedy. I hope you never have to see how hard some of them work, because if you did you'd say they deserve much more.
sarcasm beyond you - ten percent payrise for MP's plus 130 million on expenses this year.

They've been granted 1%, but only for those who don't get the 3% annual rises.
It's not case of them deserving a rise, it doesn't work like that.
I had to laugh this morning.
I saw some strikers outside an ambulance depot. Then I read that the strike was for a duration of four hours.
Yet they'd all packed up and gone before twelve o'clock.
I though ''feck me, they can't even put in a full day when they're on strike!''
