A one hit wonder that came out in around 1996-1998, two girls in bright wigs and a bloke. They were foreign.

I thought Nightcrawlers Push The Feeling on but no, also no to Aqua and Vengaboys.

No more info available unfortunately. Ideas?

No idea. It's a random question from someone bugged by having this knowledge but not knowing what the song was.

May be too early but are you thinking of Army of Lovers? Had a biggish hit in 1991 called Crucified.

I keep coming back to Deuce (Call It Love) as they were colourful (one had red hair one has white hair) but there were two guys in the group, and I think they were English

Bombalurina (2 girls with bright wigs) with Timmy Mallet - Itsy Bitsy Teenie Weenie Polka Dot Bikini. A bit early though, 1990.

The music of your youth is almost always perfection, but you never know it at the time.

Prepared 83 clearly grew up in 93/94. Sash and ATB a little later, I suppose. Guessing that he (or she) is 31 these days.
