Charlie Small Potatoes. With such a fool proof scheme you need to bet like a man and go for £10 million at the least.

I have exactly the same target. In fact, my plan is already ongoing and looking good. CoolCool

I've had a bet that mankind will be extinct before 2025. One pound at a million to one!
The Bookie asked me if I'd thought it through carefully. I think he was already getting worried! Happy

He was lucky that I didn't have a fiver on it, or go for the double...Mankind AND the Sun!! But I don't think he'd have been able to pay. HappyHappy

I have had several accounts closed between the time of setting up the account and trying to place my first bet. Many other accounts closed when I was in the red with them.

They reward you in poker for being a winner in the form of rake back and bonuses, there's no premium charge on the poker site Wink

I also have the same target of a million, only £1,100,000 left to win before I get there!

They'll sometimes close a fresh account down if you have £50 on a selection where they are best price.  Cowards.

They don`t like arbers Java. Any sniff of you only turning up when they are best price then woosh, you are gone.

It ain't about the winning, it's about the method.

Spot on, I've had about 230 accounts closed in 12 years, probably only about 55% profitable.

Of course if you can slip a few drifters in with the bog firms that would be handy. Anyone know how to identify a drifter?

Unshaven, dirty and often carrying a rucksack?

The only bog firm I vaguely know of is Royal Doulton. Not sure how it would help.

Anyone with any insider information on what systems bookmakers use to determine when to limit/close an account they do not view as in their business interests.
Have they software to see isp addresses to establish if the same person is simply using different named accounts.
From my own experience I would find it difficult to average much more than £2000 for every fresh individual account. With about 6 different bookmaker accounts from each new name I would be paying £1000 upfront for a new name, normally in the form of an unused electron account.

I can make about £1500 per acoount, paddletoe. I usually pay £300, £250 if I can get away with it. After all we're doing all the work.

I know Skybet can see if your ISP is the same, as they told me. I tend to use the phone if possible, which it is with most bookies, although you may have to go without bog but that's not a big problem.  Planning on using Internet Cafes to be ultra safe.

For some reason one particular account I had with one bookmaker was allowed to keep going for a year during which time I won about 45k with them. I had four other accounts closed with the same bookmaker ( betting roughly the same stakes ) whenever I was up about 2k. Total mystery how that one account was not stopped.

My most recent "investor" has got the best part of £4000 from me over the past six months for letting me use an unused bank card but I have been netting over £1000 a week from it. My fault for giving them an upfront fee plus montly bonuses. At most they have to make a few phone calls while i am grinding out 10 hour days.

keep the account in arrears.nobody in their right mind are going to close an account if you are giving them money.
And its not rocket science to do it.i cant understand you guys.
By:

Yes, mystery indeed. Most of my "clients" are happy with around £250. Often they give me a bank card they own but don't use. I think they're just as good as a brand new account although I am wary of Maestro cards which have caused a few problems. The main thing is to get someone who is totally honest as they could fleece you if they had the savvy and are that way inclined, so I like to keep it close to the family.

keep the bookies account in arrears brassneck? I don't think they do credit accounts these days if that's what you mean.

perhaps it different were I live, but I can pick up a bookie football coupon on Tuesday.
check the prices against internet prices, when I land on one (and there are many)
lay a 100 on the internet and then if the price is a little lower/higher,ring your bookie
and have the 100 on.then you don't care if the team wins or losses you are giving the
bookie bets.(you can do this with all sports).so you can give your bookie 30 bets a day.
he will soon get to know you and give you better prices, and then you can slip in any
bet you want. And if you do it correctly you can knock out a right few quid a week trading
the prices, and you can not lose. And you don't care if the horses and football teams win or lose.

if you are going into a bookie every day,and banging bets at him,
you are giving him a chance to win.its no good going in once every
two weeks having a 200 bet on the winner at 4 or 5 to 1,and then
coming back two weeks later.(you will be classed as a job merchant.
give him loads of bets (take them of the internet and pass them on)
and then you will get any bet you want any time you want, and it will
cost you nothing.(before long the bookie will be giving you his home
phone number)

Get a few bookies mobile numbers that are standing at the track.
give him a grand deposit, and build up a relationship with him,
phoning him and having 100 on this and 100 on that.remember you are taking these
from the internet so you are not paying if they lose, the bookie will be so happy
to accomadate you and you will have a solid friend when you want a good bet
on a horse you have information for.

brassneck, I'm pretty skilled at getting bets on in the bookies, but cheers for that. I'm 90% an arber as that's the only way I can win as I know nothing about the form book.

As regards the footy bets there won;t be much liquidity on a Tuesday and the bookies are pretty quick at adjusting the prices these days, although I know there's money to be made if you're on the ball.

Can't be bothered with a man at the course. Getting old and happy with a few hundred a week to supplement my 2 moderate pensions.

my main point is to get your bookie to be your friend, soon the friend will start telling you
what is going down in the world of horse racing, scratch his back and he will scratch yours
if you know what I mean.it wont be long before you find out what trainers are backing their
own horses.its a lot of work until you get in to the circle, but the way is there for people
who wish to make a career out of it.but the secret is to take it slowly.if you have no money
hang about with someone who has and you will learn fact how to make it.
