I at least try to convince myself that I'm learning about quantum mechanics and the like, generally the stuff interests me.
My own ideas line up with the descriptions given by David Bohm. It seems his perception of things weren't taken seriously after publishing in the '50s but nowadays his ideas are taken more seriously. Maybe that partly had to do with grief from he U.S. government who thought he had ties with communism.
I'm too young to know whether he was a 'big deal' when he was around. I see he also had some ideas about society in general, along the lines of people acting in individual groups are harming the well-being of the collective whole.
Anyone know of him or came across some of his thinking?

"not at all, if the words "quantum mechanics" sounds fancy to you, they're fancy to you. to me they're just words that describe something."
I know fine what quantum mechanics mean!
Your reply sounds a tiny bit patronising to me"not at all, if the words "quantum mechanics" sounds fancy to you, they're fancy to you. to me they're just words that describe something."I know fine what quantum mechanics mean!
