Probably done all his stuff when he was banned. Once caught you should be banned for life. You just cant take this seriously. The problem for the testers is the athletes are probably taking stuff that they don't test for. Nobody knew about epo till someone blew the lid on it. Athletics is a joke of a sport espically the sprinting as its hard to know who is clean.
