Sorry to be a "party pooper", but I don't think it is in order to joke about this sort of thing.
Nor do I think it is in any way sensible, for those in charge to talk of levels of security being high, or relaxed etc.
They should always be high and the public, and would be terrorists, should believe that, otherwise what is the point of security?
