there's a conspiracy that the terror level was raised in lieu of the scottish independence vote. if there were genuine reasons to raise the threat level and there was credible info of where and when, seems pretty obvious the police wouldn't deny it. |

Sorry to be a "party pooper", but I don't think it is in order to joke about this sort of thing.
Nor do I think it is in any way sensible, for those in charge to talk of levels of security being high, or relaxed etc. They should always be high and the public, and would be terrorists, should believe that, otherwise what is the point of security? |
