He is paid by the British state - he doesnt do anything else? He is not even on job seekers allowance - he doesnt even have to try and find a job. He supposedly on some kind of disability benefit.
So he gets paid by the British state/benefits system - and that is all he does. Appear on news programs across Europe and USA and the middle east.
