the alcoholic wife beating nutcase

That's about the size of it.

Who cares what happens to him anyway?
The NHS has enough people to treat with genuine illnesses without having to treat suckers like him with self inflicted ailments.

Harsh but difficult to argue .

HIs ills are somewhat self inflicted. He obviously has mental and alcohol issues, and although help can be offered/given, the individual has to want to be helped and to have the constitution to be self disciplined to maintain improvement when there's nobody to hold his hand. Unfortunately, he doesn't appear capable enough to do this. I just wish people would stop encouraging his bad habits by continuing to ' big him up ' and insist he's a ' great  bloke and loves havin'  a laugh '

He's an ex-England footballer.
That's the only difference between him and fack knows how many others that you never hear about.
Let him get on with it and fade into obscurity.

I feel sorry for him..he has mental health issues and alcoholism...I would fear what will happen to him
break up of his marriage seemed to have done for him imo

Yet that is all rather sad, maybe if he had not resorted to using his wife as a punch bag he may not be in the predicament he is in now.

Fatties, druggies, alcoholics.

None of the above should get free treatment on the NHS.
If they want to kill themselves let them get on with it.

I didn't read of his wife rushing to hand back all the wealth that Gazza bestowed on her.
Beyond help obviously but very sad that this footballing genius is close to death.
Generous with his money but now deserted by most of those he helped out when the money was flowing.

I know all the horrible things people say about him are true but I think he is unable to help himself when drunk.
Sober he's a great guy according to everyone he comes into contact with. Sad that anyone falls into the curse of any addiction.
