Just back from having one fitted and it's going to be an irritating day.
The thing is supposed to operate every thirty minutes during the day, and every hour at night, but it seems to be just pleasing itself.
It squeezes so hard and for so long that my arm is likely to fall off!
The warning signal is like a bloody smoke alarm going off but at least at night I don't have my ears on.

Do you have to wear it on your arm? Strap it somewhere else and let it please you.
I didn't get any sleep when I had mine on, but it was funny when it went off in the queue at Tesco's.
