I watched an old edition of Q.I. last night, with Victoria Coren as one of the guests.
I missed the first five minutes, but she must have made a remark about one of her dreams. It turns out she thinks she got ancient history mixed up with Alice In Wonderland.
She dreamt that the Aztecs worshipped March Hares.
The shows are working their way through the Alphabet, one letter per show.
Last night was all things Q.I. concerning the letter J.
About 20 minutes in, Stephen Fry asked 'Why did the Aztecs worship rabbits?' and the audience erupted with laughter.
It transpires that they did worship rabbits, but they were most probably Jackrabbits, which look like hares.
And begin with the letter J.

I'm getting a lot more long nose-hairs these days, just me or is this a pandemic?
The researchers still work during the show. They would have googled it after Coren said it and made it into a later question to be passed to Fry.
Or it was rehearsed.
Or it was rehearsed.
The only explanation is that there was no dream, I will leave it to you to work out why.
