You don`t need to be in the gang though do you Taxi?You just need to be associated with the murderer, we all know nutters but when do we know that they will turn into killers?

You can associate with murderers, that's no problem, but I should think you need to be at the murder scene at the time it was committed to get arrested, charged and convicted.

But this is the point Taxi, if you are out with a mate and get into an argument with 2 other guys for example..you get into a punch up but your mate produces a knife and kills are you guilty by association?

Evidently the law was designed to put off gang culture but does it also include stag nights?
