Talked about this before and it does my head in!

Pretty much everything has "Technology" e.g.....

"Loreal Shaving Gel" with Air Gel Technology"

"Dove Deodorant with "??? Technology"

"Beko fridge with "Multi Zone Technology"

"Aquafresh"    "High Protection White Technology"

"Dyson" with "Air Multiplier Technology"

Towel Roll with "Thirst Pocket Technology"

I know there are loads more but forget them if I don't make a note at the time.
Pause Switch to Standard View Adverts and "Technology"

How about the "Up to 100% more than/faster than/longer than other products. That means anything from twice as good (100% better) to absolutely useless (100% worse)!

theres a book called 'brainwashed' that I keep meaning to read about all this bollox.
It pathetic, consumerism gone mad. People are so obsessed in making money from cr4p that they will go to any length to do it.

For the last ten years Gillette has been telling us that each new razor is capable of shaving you closer , so by my reckoning they were selling you something akin to a spoon to shave with when they first came out or else there lying.

all tag lines should be
'make up your own ditty here, think of the best thing ever, this is that thing now buy it and add to the recyclable cr4p on the planet'
Report dustybin June 1, 2014 4:19 PM BST

That's a very common one!

Are these people useless at maths, even with a calculator?

36.12 people for Christ's sake, and the management pay thousands to the contrivers of this cr@p, without checking the validity!

Here we go again....

The must-have all-in-one remedy is Head & Shoulders’ new Soothing Care shampoo. Using state-of-the-art molecular techniques, Head & Shoulders scientists have shown that the shampoo’s Actizinc technology, with its signature ingredient ZPT, allows the scalp to help itself and so reduce itching and flaking.** The shampoo technology cleanses and conditions gently but doesn’t leave excess residues behind that could trap dirt and dust which can also contribute to the irritation/itch cycle.

I like the razors ads, in 20 years we will have razors with 50 blades in them so shaving only takes 3 strokes

Joe Baker used to advertise 'New Blue Daz' 40 year ago, which got your 'whites' whiter than white.

40 years on, no newer powder gets my 'whites' any cleaner.

But they have all said it does.
