M_D, I cannot possibly tell you just how much I absolutely love Neil Diamond Love
I have been listening to his music ever since I can remember and I although I'm really not a very good singer 'I Am I Said' is my karaoke song when I've had a few pints! He is just simply sublime.

I've always liked Judas Iscariot. The fallguy who gets subjected to a fake news  conspiracy by Matthew,Mark,Luke and John and doesn't even get his reply the Gospel of Judas published.

Without Judas you probably wouldn't have christianity. I reckon they called in VAR on his actions at the pearly gates and he was allowed in and given an extra special cloud.

I never mention it but I'm a massive Squeeze fan. Back in the 80s, the DJ John Sachs (son of Andrew Sachs), after playing a Squeeze song said, "they'll love that down in Golders Green".

I always wondered what he meant by that. I don't think any of the band were Jewish.

Maybe it was a cryptic reference to the album from which the song was from: East Side Story.  Wasn't the musical "West Side Story" originally intended to be called "East Side Story" and about the New York Jewish gangs?
