Sounds like you were probably right, but emotionally and intellectually, age ceases to become a factor. I know a 36 year old who is extremely vulnerable and have met any number of 18 year olds who aren't. We kid ourselves if we draw blank lines on account of age. If he's slept with an underage girl then by all means let him be held accountable, but if both were consenting adults, I wouldn't condemn him out of hand.

Mate i was up for meeting her again but she has a kid and went back to england to be with the father, i do look a lot younger than 28 but 19 is a bit pushing it i think, altho im not very mature for my age

According to the BBC report she was still being abused (if it's the same woman) by Harris when she was 29 years old.
I don't understand that, at the age of 29, if it was against her will, unless she was what they call a 'special needs' child these days. |

Stupid child or not, if she wasn't mentally impaired she must have known it was wrong if it was against her will by the time she was 18 at the latest. How could it carry on for 11 more years with nothing being said?

Cannot believe the charges bought against him from yesterdays alleged victim ever came to court, seems to me they were added to beef up other charges to try & make the evidence insurmountable, to me all this does is harm the prosecution case overall in my opinion.
