Garlic is extremely healthy. Cook it less & cut it well for most benefits.
Yes to both of those....I have to buy fresh herbs at £2 per pot so not cheap.

Not the case at all I.S. One ban in 15 years which was justly overturned as it was an absurd decision and this was just a very short suspension due to a mix up.
