Or what killed Lucy Beale? A shame they killed her off before getting a lesbo story on with Lauren Branning but hey ho. A great story going on, like the way they revealed she was a cokehead without actually showing her using. Very clever, but what else would you expect from the best TV drama going. Reckon Max was all coked up too, need more drug addicts on these TV shows, adds a gritty edge. I reckon Whitney killed her personally. Got to love Eastenders, truly gives one an idea of what it is like out there.
Pathetic attempts so far, (52 posts) at naming the killer. Truly pathetic! And this is `Chit Chat`! Where the phuck`s the CCDA? I`ve had my 2 quid on at 1000, and won`t be laying it off, even when his price hits 1.01 after I reveal his name. So, with a very big

Nothing ironic here tobermory. Have watched this programme all my life and think this is one of the best stories ever, especially with all this drugs stuff which they have cleverly brought in without having to show them using after they got a lot of sh1t for the phil mitchell cokedown.

I watched it when it started , and for about the first 2 and a half years it was on . I watched a few of the soaps at the time . Stopped with them around the same time when i was 15 . IMO they are essentially children's TV with their simplistic ,pred

I could never keep up with who lived where and who owned which business
The who lives where thing was one of the comical things that made me realize just how shyte UK soaps are .
What typically happens is you have a husband and wife character double act and 90% of their scenes/dialogue are with each other .Then, one of them leaves because the actor wants 'to avoid being typecast' and fancies a crack at Hollywood (then maybe gets 3 episodes of The Bill ) , and so the remaining character now has no one to talk to . So the writers will - just randomly - take another member of the cast who will then have an affair with the person and move in with them , despite their having nothing whatever in common , just so they can still have lots of scenes shouting at each other etc .
That happened in Brookside after the actress who played Billy Corkhill's wife left at about the same time as Ricky Tomlinson quit . Billy C and Sheila Grant were important characters who were now stuck at home with no one to talk to . So instead of realistically showing scenes of each of them sat at home alone watching Going For Gold they had to fall in love ffs just so they could both have some dialogue. Also Barry Grant must have lived on almost every house in the street at one time or another , again because the writers priority was to keep the well known characters chatting to each other so any old pretext would be dreamt up for him to move in with someone .

Betfair should have a market for this. There could be some interest considering the killer won't be revealed until next Febuary and the actors themselves don't even know who is responsible.

yes rob its going to be revealed then. Going to be a few twist and turns along the way.
Betfair are missing a trick here. If ur reading this then get a market up. Would generate a decent amount of comission

Only 2 days to go. Thinking all the changes in the betting odds are just publicity for the bookies. Mick Carter? No way pedro. Sharon Mitchell was fav. with one bookie last week. I'm not having Bobby Beale either.
Hard to get past Abi and Max branning and perhaps Lee Carter. Would still like to be proved right with my original pick of Whitney Dean.

I've had a score on Abi, can't see it being a major character because they will be written out. No way Danny Dyer as their ratings have shot up since he joined.

I agree with BB about Danny Dyer but they were saying on the radio last night that he's gone odds-on.
There must be people who know - the scenes being filmed now will be shown in six weeks. I know the critical episode is live but surely there will be consequential events that have already been shot?

Max seemed to say at the end there"whitney knows you killed Lucy". But it was slightly slurred, to Aby. I am not sure the producers defo know yet, think they have come up with a way of making it so that they can decide on the night. Theory doing the rounds recently is that Bobby killed her by accident and Jane helped him move the body and possibky Max and Aby helped too,. Idk proper can't wait to find out mind.

An EastEnders spokesman insisted Max got his lines right and said the wording in the script said: “She knows that you killed Lucy”, meaning he only added the word ‘whether’.

"Lucy was killed in her home" was a decent enough clue tonight. Someone with the means and opportunity to have murdered her and then concealed and carried her body to the woodland where it was found. Suggests an accomplice if one of the non-driving suspects is responsible.
Can't buy Bobby being involved. Surely a rare event for a younger sibling to accidentally (or otherwise) murder one so much older.

Tanya said "How is Adam" in one of the live bits, she meant Ian but accidentally said his real name. Her face was an absolute picture in the immediate aftermath.

The bookies will be mad if they pay out until the "killer" is convicted in a proper Soap Court, and the many fatuous legal challenges brought by Soap Chancer Lawyers have been seen off.

Yeah, is it officially now Jane then? What an episode? The big reveal, Mick kills Dean, Cathy returns, Nick Cotton's body is found and Dot's final episode? Shame about the fat bint giving birth.

Yeah, great TV. How on earth so many facebookers got that right so many weeks ago is beyond me. Perhaps some people really have a talent for it. Fair play to the bookies, I was keeping an eye on oddschecker and they apparently didnt know themselves as Bobby was still around the evens mark, how much they were laying is another matter.
