Can't recall the name of the film, only 3 people in it, and one of those was a child who died near the start. 

Near the end the woman cuts off her clitoris with a pair of scissors.

It was on Film4 a few weeks ago.

Come and See was disturbing from beginning to end however the nazis burning the barn topped the lot.
