Thai curry cooked in yellow curry paste with coconut milk, potatoes, turmeric and spices. £7.50. Indigo Indian Cuisine - West Dulwich #43 - Bombay Aloo. Potatoes cooked in a traditional Bombay sauce. £2.80. To me #43 has come up with disappointing results. For future reference, #33 is the way forward. |

New boy band 1:43 is slowly but surely carving a niche for itself in the music scene. This is made obvious during their performance at the recent launch of McJim’s talent search “Dreams Get Real,” where audiences simply went wild for them.
The boy band is composed of Anjo Ressureccion, a University of Santo Tomas Psychology graduate and a MYX VJ Search finalist; Argee Golding, an international taekwondo medalist also from UST; Gold Aquino an entrepreneur and a Business Administration graduate from the Centro Escolar University; and Yuki Sakamoto, a Hotel and Management student from CEU-Makati and the main vocalist of the group. The boy band first gained notice in social media with their song “Sa Isang Sulyap Mo,” which also became a huge radio hit. Their follow-up single “Hayop sa Ganda,” composed by their manager Urie Tenorio, blazed the same trail. Urie said the song is “a tribute to the incomparable pulchritude of Filipino transgender women.” Just a few days after a teaser video showing images of the most gorgeous Filipino transgender women was released on YouTube, “Hayop sa Ganda” already garnered thousands of views and received positive feedbacks from the gay community. |
