Flowermyth, 'The Likely Lads' episodes are
repeated on BBC4 from time to time. Watch
for them.

Yeah Benson was the butler to one of the two families in Soap, didn't have a big part. Just watched a bit of it... computer says no.

Cheers Kenilworth.

One never mentioned, so qualifiesHappy.......I loved it, cringe silent moments that had you in stitches (long before but similar to The Office in some peculiar way)

The Outside Edge  (about suburban joe bloggs running a cricket team and his compliant but frustrated wife)

Looking back what a fantastic cast

Robert Daws as Roger,
Brenda Blethyn as Miriam,
Timothy Spall as Kevin
Josie Lawrence as Maggie

Hope you got the dvd boxsets guinness, been a fan of the show i was proud to get thanks on the dvd (region 1 only) as the creator Alan Spencer asked for help in getting laugh track free episodes before they dvd's were made...I had taped them off itv in the late 80s/early 90s who showed them without the laugh track, ended up posting them to hollywood for them to use and got a thanks on the dvd credits. Cool
