My screen freezes (about 3 times a day) and I get the following message.
Warning: Unresponsive Plugin; Shockwave flash may be busy, or it may have stopped responding.You can stop the plugin now, or you can continue to see if the plugin will complete.
Then I have the options of clicking on "continue" or "stop plugin".

I always click stop plugin, but then I have to log out and back in.
It certainly is Patra. Perhaps Sir Ken will be along soon.
