The Special Candies are created when combinations of four or more candies of the same color are matched together.

    Striped Candy: When four same-colored candies are matched in a row or column a Striped Candy is created. The orientation of the stripes depends on the way the four candies were aligned. For example: creating a Striped Candy of 4 of the same color in a row creates a VERTICAL Striped Candy, while creating a Striped Candy of 4 of the same color in a column creates a HORIZONTAL Striped Candy. When this piece is matched, it will clear all of the candies in either a horizontal or vertical direction. On cascading matches that result in creating a Striped Candy, 4 identical candies in a row will create a HORIZONTAL Striped Candy and 4 identical candies in a column will create a VERTICAL Striped Candy.

    Wrapper Candy: When five same-colored candies are matched in either a L, T or + shape formation a Wrapped Candy is created. When this candy is matched it explodes twice in a row, clearing a 3 by 3 box around itself each time.

    Color Bomb: When five same-colored candies are matched in a single line a Color Bomb is created. When this candy is swapped with any other candy, all candies of that color are removed from the board. Sometimes when two color bombs are switched all candies on the screen are cleared and replaced

    Jelly Fish: This candy can be purchased by the Yeti Shop, and if they are matched they will clear 3 candies (with jelly) at random from the board. It can even clear the jelly behind the obstacle candies. In "Sugar Crush", a swarm of Jelly Fishes will clear out candies depending on how many moves left (3 Jelly Fishes per remaining move) after the game is cleared.

    Coconut Wheel: This candy can be purchased by the Yeti Shop, and if they are swapped either horizontal or vertical, it will roll from the direction where it last swapped making the 2 other candies convert to Striped Candies in the other direction and triggered its effect. If it is matched on 2 of the same color, it will create 3 Swapped Candies instead (the same goes when it can be hit by the effect of Striped Candy).

No different to any other puzzle game, just brightly coloured sweets instead of black and white numbers.

my other 0.02... a decent substitute for soaps if you're after something mindless to do for a while to switch off. from what ive saw everyone gets stressy over it though.

What annoys me is that it is more a game of chance.  Often you are stuck on a level for no fault of your own just waiting waiting for the game to give you the right combinations, rather than each level starting the same and it being a puzzle to work out the moves.

Was on a Easyjet flight out of Liverpool last week with Mrs Exile, she is on level 140 BTW, trolley dolly walks past and says " Ive just counted and there are 40 people playing this game on here! The developers are raking it in imo.

they get access to your personal info so it's not free. as the saying goes... if you're not buying a product... you are the product.

i think there's a 'pay to win' structure in it as well... spend a few quid to make levels easier.

took me about a month to get past 350 I reckon.  I ended up "cheating" and buying extra moves.

I've probably spent £20 on getting to next episodes / buying extra moves since February.  Now though I just get next episode by facebook requests.  The 69p price is so small it hardly seems noticable.

but if someone asked me to pay £20 for this as a gameboy game for instance? I'm on 366 now.

I haven't spent anything on it. I don't have a facebook account so I use the wife's one, I just bombard her mates with requests for lives and next episodes, apparently it pisses a few of them off though!!

As for paying to complete a level as it's cheap, there are millions playing it. I'd guess there are  thousands of other lazy fackers paying the same as you and WOOGA and Facebook are getting mega-rich on it.

Reminds me of two of my nephews, who pay up to £40 for a game for the X-box, then go straight online to get the cheats, and finish the game the same day.

I meant requesting help from friends to unlock the next episode. As far as I know you can't skip a level/episode.

You can get vague hints on what to do online, as it's the most played game in the world today. 

I don't bother unless I'm stuck for more than 7 days.

I only play 5 or 10 lives a day.

I've been stuck on a few levels for weeks, when it happens I get bored and don't play it for a while, then when I pick it up again it seems as though they make the level easier to complete than it was before.

My wifes cousin is now approaching level 400.
She plays one he I-phone I  think.

390 something.  Now I am on facebook though I dont automatically get to do those three quests to progress.  Think I need to get someone to give me a life or something.  No way I am using fb for fkin extra lives requests so, unless I have missed something, I ain't playing no more.

I found a cheat about six months ago, I don't know how well known it is but if you move your time forward a few hours then your lives are topped up again. Not sure about getting to the next stage though, as I said earlier in this thread I played through my missus's f/b account so I just sent requests to all of her friends, which I believe pisses some people off.

I didnt have any probs until I joined facebook.  Had to do three quests but hd to wait 24 hours between each one.  No problem.  Now I just can't play them at all, it is on its @rse.

I've not opened the link but I doubt I fit into that category. I've never been on Facebook, I've got a Nokia C1 phone that I use for ringing people or texting, nothing else. I'm pretty much a technophobe who can just about do what I need to online (which isn't much bar the obvious few things), and I've no idea how to cut and paste!!
