It's 90% of the Internet that you can't access through normal means. You have to download TOR which allows you to surf anything with no traceability and no site is restricted. Apparently you can buy drugs, hire hit men etc. But it gets worse from there.

just watched a video on youtube about it, seems interesting.

Anyone ever used TOR for normal browsing ?
