If they want to increase your working hours by 33%....say you want 33% more pay...be firm...

I was moved down from a 5 day week to a 3 day week back in the 1970s.

Me and thousands of others claimed Unemployment Benefit for  2 days a week while ie lasted.

Whether the same rules apply these days is what you need to find out, so go to your local Jobcentre and ask.
