Guinness in tins....................Sacrilege. ______________ i'll be honest and say i can't tell the difference between a pub poured pint por one from a draught can -there is an art to pouring imo |
|
By:
^ I agree, I think a well chilled tin of Draught Guinness well poured in a decent glass is reasonably comparable to the average English pub version.

By:
to much. paying for it now tho and av funny feeling am guna boke soon
|
|
By:
How much is a unit? I tend to order drinks by the pint, bottle, glass or shot rather than by the unit.
![]() |
|
By:
Ok. So none of you seems to know despite having answered the OP's question. Interesting!
Apparently 1 unit is x/1000, where x is the volume consumed multiplied by the %ABV. |
|
By:
Yeah I know that doesn't make any sense.
x of course has to equal 1000 for that to be true. i.e. a 250ml bottle of 5% beer would be 1 unit. ![]() |
|
By:
Make that a 200ml bottle of 5% or a 250 ml bottle of 4%. |
