Someone (Dean Martin I think) once said that he felt sorry for people who don't drink, as when they get up, that is the best they will feel all day.
Best thing is just moderation, ie only drink half of the time! I stop drinking every day without fail. It just needs a little discipline that's all. Give up when you go to bed and don't touch a drop till after midday. |
