It's nice and he sings it well and still has a good voice, but it's nothing special.

I was disappointed that we didn't have 'A Song For Europe' this year, where we choose our song.

I won't be betting in the contest. I never manage to predict the winner.

I have appalling taste when it comes to Eurovision...I thought Scooch were brilliant!

An even more important date than Xmas now IMO. Peaked with the contest about four years ago, which had f*cking everything - the heavy metal winners, the Dogs of Sea pirate song, German country and western and the finest foof I've ever seen.

UK entry by Engelbert is excellent imo.

Just heard Engelbert singing on Graham Norton, the song has no chance but what worries me is he never sung it live. Some very strong notes needed at the end which I don't think a 76 year old will hit live.

I think a lay of a top 10 is a good bet.

He'll need oxygen halfway through that last burst on the night.

He's a great singer. He can handle it.
