I don't have a favourite and have never bought any of his records but I did go and see him when he played at Wembley Stadium whenever that was and fair play he put on a brilliant show. I had to be dragged along but I was very glad I went in the end.

Blinded By The Light Because The Night and the iconic biggest hit that never was - Born To Run. All three great song and lyric writing. |

don't know too many of his songs and think he's only ok.
born to run is superb though and i like the river. ghost of tom joad i enjoyed as i'd just read the book and was a bit obsessed with it at the time. |

I used to buy almost any springsteen related album, including about 5 bootlegs from concerts and rejected material...he does re-use lines a lot :-). I even got the Gary US Bonds albums and the Asbury Jukes one. And Nils Lofgren's debut album. It's all good..even the stuff that never made it to release. I have favourite album, just favourites for different circumstances. Darkness on the Edge of Town probably had the most plays.
