i wouldnt risk speaking to a woman with a burka on. firstly i wouldnt want to as it is not civilised to wear one in this day and age and secondly wouldnt their husband(s) take it as an insult and put a fatwa on you?

I spoke with a young woman wearing a burka in Morrisons today.
She was in the cat food section and seemed to be having trouble deciding what to purchase, so I said "It's a problem knowing what to buy for the cats isn't it?" She said that she didn't have cats and they were 3 strays that looked starving and she felt sorry for them as they looked hungry, and it was very cold. I congratulated her on her compassion and suggested she call Cat's Protection who would have them neutered if nothing else but the most important thing you can do for a cat. She thanked me, said it had been nice chatting and went on her way. Delightful young lady. |

A raider has attempted to rob bank and conceal his identity - by wearing full length BURKA
A CCTV still image was captured this morning in premises near a NatWest branch moments before the man entered the bank, threatened a staff member and demanded cash. The stocky criminal was dressed head to toe in a black burka and was carrying a white lady's handbag. Nothing was stolen and no one was injured, but witnesses reported seeing him carrying a gun. Leicestershire Police are appealing for information. Not in a long while BB...we did have Betfex on the go and he was there regularly but that died a death after the guy who registered the site mysteriously disappeared along with the site. Bob mailed me a few times after that but I haven't heard from him in months.
