Now don't be offended if you think this is a bit sick. Simply don't get involved.

Listed below are a number of 'celebrities' and their odds of ceasing breathing during 2011. You have a 'virtual' bank of £1000 and you can place singles, doubles, yankees etc in order to make as much virtual profit as you desire. Make as many, or few, wagers as you wish. Winner will obviously be announced on 1 January 2012.  Good luck. My own entry will be posted shortly.

OK, laying is allowed. But obviously your bank is only £1000 so keep that in mind. You can't exceed the £1000 liability.

Do we get out money back if one of the inconsiderate b+ggers crash through the starting stalls and leave this mortal coil prematurely, as it were, in 2010?

Any runner who crashes through the starting stalls whilst still in 2010 will be deemed to have come under orders and WILL be included in the results.

However, any bets placed after death has occurred will be null and void.
By:

When: 21 Dec 10 11:59
Mr Redknapp will not be taking part in 2011.

However, we are hopeful that after our people have spoken to his people we will be able to hammer out a deal for 2012.

£1000 double The Queen at 6s and Prince Phillip at 3s.

Is this a related contingency though?
By:
baracouda30
When: 21 Dec 10 12:04
I will allow it at the advertised prices as otherwise it gets too complicated deciding on related bets.

For instance, Fidel Castro is a huge fan of Bernard Cribbins and if Bernard croaked early in the year then Fidel's price would probably collapse (shortly before he did).

ok i will have the double at 3s and 6s then please..

Got a cracking bet here i think.. got the one goes the other is broken hearted and goes a few months later angle, but also got the plane, boat car accident angle.

Cheers
