It seems like it would be tough to keep a diary of how it goes.
A giving up gambling diary is easier eg. instead of visiting Labrokes, went to Garden Centre. A diary with entries like: surfed round visitscotland.com instead of persiankitty.com isn't going to help anyone achieve their goals, as it would be too nostalgic. So good luck |
