You have no control over your heart muscles in severe times of grief. |

it was a stroke though, an attack on the brain which is more common in old age

Changes to your heart muscles effecting blood supply can cause strokes.
Obviously at Debbie Reynolds age any change to her heart, blood pressure etc could easily cause a stroke. Severe grief will have played it's part. |
