I watched one of her later films last night (Premonition) and just wondered why she is the reportedly highest paid actress in Hollywood and wondered why. She makes watchable films but usually a bit light weight, perhaps the ''Harrison Ford'' of the her sex, quite nice looking, a bit skinny, past her best years (45) so what is it ?

Each year, they give a life time achievement award to well known directors, actors, etc, with decades of experience and contributions.
We were all at the press conference around 12 years ago and they announced that they would be honouring.......Sandra Bullock. Everyone laughed "no, really", said one of the film critics. "who are you honouring?" "sandra bullock" At this point, she had...speed 1 and 2 and some film about the internet. Some figured that maybe the selection commitee was sending a signal to her early on to retire. |
