Was told that if roads are not gritted, they wont deliver on health and safety issues
Your mail (letters) should be sorted and sat at the mail centre ready for delivery. Im sure that if you went to the Delivery office/mail centre with i.d and asked for your letters then you would stand a chance of getting them. I would envisage much negotiation and strong words before this happening though. If you were waiting for parcels then that may be a problem as these are delivered by van and i would expect there to be loads of parcels all over the place undelivered.
