Running out of food- fast

ive got three packets of super noodles, 2 tins of peas and an onion. nothing else whatsoever not so much as a stale biscuit.
not had anything to eat yet today, was going to go shopping but ive got a steaming headache- had flu/cold/whatever for over 2 weeks an only just recovering.
