Whether they do or don't, it's almost always a pathetic response
Dont go to customer services,when the word reported appears on ANY thread an alert goes off in head office (I supplied the software)
People with more than 5 grand in their account have one,theirs is a voice that must be heard
mine must have sprung a leak,been grassing for months to no avail
The Gestapo button is being refined,along the lines of remote access to the guilty partys computer,electricity,and intense pain,I cant divulge any more at present.
i always imagined a lever being pulled and the persons sofa disappearing down a trap door.

When people say ''reported'' they pretend they are shocked by what you've written but they're not really . ..so it's a coded way of showing agreement . :D HTH.
