Some are not vermin, they are just as thick as two short planks

Lorry sank up to the axles in subsidence,.

Apprently, as she climbed on to the bumper to put a ticket on the screen she told the driver 'You can appeal.' :^0

BC Thats exactly why people despise them. The appeals procedure is a duress in its self and thats why alot of people don't bother.
In the past i have always disputed tickets and take it to arbitration if neccasary. i have not always won but it doesn't cost me any more and and you can stretch the time out to over a year, but i get the satisfaction that i have had my moneys worth out of the offending council. It certainly costs them alot more than the poxy few quid that they get out of you in the end

It is in trems of what they spend trying to defend themselves in arbitration.on one occasion they put together an 80 page document against me and i made them pay for a road survey. Ha Ha. stupid cnuts. (although i did lose that one sadly)

Same here v-v, but Newham Council don't put up much of a fight.

My mrs got one a few years ago for parking outside our house, which was a residents only zone. The fact that the residents disc was out of sight due to snow didn't seem to worry the thick cvnt that gave her the ticket, even when I caught the w@nker in the next street and told him. (11 other people down our street got tickets the same day)

A phone call was facking useless, the phone staff are as thick as the wardens. I sent a letter to the council saying that I was going to engage the services of a solicitor unless they sent me a letter stating it was no longer a penalty. I got the letter in 3 days.

That was the 2nd one they tried to give to her.

The other one was for 'parking in a controlled zone' which was virtually the same thing. They said one of her tyres was over the yellow line on the corner of our road and the next road and too close to the corner causing an obstruction.

I told them the car was parked on a speed bump and the lines extended a long way from there and all 4 tyres were missing yellow lines.

The stupid cvnt on the phone asked me to send a photo of the car showing this. I said ' How can I do that if the car has moved since, would you like a false photograph?'

He said ' In that case you will have to pay.'

I told him that the car was parked legally unless proved otherwise.

He said 'We put a ticket on it, that's our proof.'

I said 'When we go to court, my solicitor would like you to bring a photograph of the car on the yellow lines. which will undoubtedly prove your case'

We heard no more about it.

i find the young female creatures are by far the worst, someone said to me that with these kind of horrors,he could understand how the nazis found people to run the camps

I'm reading you Terry . :D
But -yes , brilliant point . There is in any population those people who have presumably been mentally damaged in youth or else are genetically malformed so that they find pleasure in visiting pointless pain on others -even at no gain to themselves .
From such a squirmy wormbucket of maimed humanity arises your standard issue traffic warden.
