Is holdem manager a device so you can play poker and not have to release your grip on your pen1s and testicles?
Report canaryboy • January 4, 2010 5:36 PM GMT

Report HRH The Lager Khan • January 4, 2010 6:02 PM GMT
Can holdem manager then help you re-raise after you have just blown your stack?
Report punterfleecer • January 4, 2010 6:03 PM GMT
give or take a couple of hours or you get dealt wae a suited spades
Report annie. • January 4, 2010 6:31 PM GMT
clever, your highness. Do you play poker?
Report annie. • January 4, 2010 6:34 PM GMT
canaryboy, I play just rookie sitngos as I am a beginner but I hope to move up soon. Is it holdem manager you have got, and is it the best one to get?
Report HRH The Lager Khan • January 4, 2010 10:15 PM GMT
annie - I used to play a fair bit but it was mainly social and the stakes were kept friendly which never helps concentration! I love playing cards, but i'm not a good hold'em player.
Report annie. • January 4, 2010 10:31 PM GMT
Why do you think you are not a good holdem player?
Report punterfleecer • January 4, 2010 10:33 PM GMT
cos he's got a big tadger that requires baith his haunds
Report HRH The Lager Khan • January 4, 2010 10:37 PM GMT
I'm quite good at reading others hands, but often under value my own when down to 2 or 3 players and go too cautious.
Report punterfleecer • January 4, 2010 10:39 PM GMT
chunky charlie!
Report mitchell downie • January 4, 2010 10:41 PM GMT
how come everyone who plays poker does very nicely out of it? never seen anyone say they lose overall.
Report annie. • January 4, 2010 10:42 PM GMT
That is one of my bad points, your highness, I am too cautious. Everyone else is raising loads and going allin, but I am too timid - I think it is a boy/ girl divide.
Report HRH The Lager Khan • January 4, 2010 10:43 PM GMT
Reckon you could aim that at about 75% of posters on all the fora mitchell! You are right of course. Somebody is fibbing!
Report HRH The Lager Khan • January 4, 2010 10:54 PM GMT
annie - I would never consider myself of a good enough standard to offer any poker advice to anybody! If I decide someone is just playing super cautious all night and just trying to nurse their *****and I eventually get round to acting on it, that will be on the hand they are sitting on a full house after the flop!
Report casemoney • January 4, 2010 10:58 PM GMT
canarey ur probably keeping a nonce in luxury, i wouldnt worry about the smokers ..
Report Dobbo • January 4, 2010 11:08 PM GMT
I've lost £1000 playing poker over about four years. My average is better now than at the start but I'm still crap. But I like playing poker and its pennies really.
Report a bitofinterest • January 4, 2010 11:08 PM GMT
the key to a successful poker strategy when you lose a heads up is to cry "marvellous bluff sparky" at the top of your voice.this will disconcert your opponent no end.thus throwing him off his stride
